Types Of People With Regards To Change
We understand that there is only one thing which is consistent
in the world and i.e. The CHANGE.
People are classified into five categories with regards to
their reaction and the impact of their reaction on the life.

People according to change
•
Frog of Well: These types of people live in
their nutshells. For them the world is up to where they can see it. They are
short sighted and low vision people.
•
Traditionalist: They are the one who stick to
their Orthodox approach and seek solace by clinging to their basic believes.
•
Opportunist: Those people who doesn’t care on
some set of beliefs or ideology and often follow the society trends. They graze
the green pastures where ever they find
•
Intelligentsia: They sense the changes which
are happening around and study the coming era, its needs and requirements.
•
Leaders: Few people among the masses feel the
need of the change and understand the loss of status quo & benefits on society
after the change.
•
Reaction of people when change strike
•
Deny: They deny the changes as living in their
small Islands they cant see the change affecting them much. For them the world
remains the same.
•
Oppose: Traditionalist feel that changing is
outlawed and the only way to desist the change is to oppose it.
•
Embrace: The opportunist changes their center
towards who ever is leading. All the modern trends and fashions are adopted by
this class at first.
•
Plan & adjust: After deep analysis Intelligent
people knows what changes has to be made by whom and by when.
•
Lead & Dictate: Leaders work out their plan
and dictate in their manner either positively or coercively. They will gain
followers depending upon their personality and the golden future they predict
for the generations.
•
Result after the change is implemented
•
Not effected: Isolators are not much affected and
the change Tsunami might spare their islands. Even if they are crushed it will
not affect others.
•
Losers: Traditionalist are the biggest losers
in this world as they oppose the change; they find their near one desert them
and they are compelled to change which bring them disgrace.
•
Most benefitted: Due to their adaptable nature
they succeed in embracing the change and fill out the bureaucratic role in the
society. In general, they are the most benefitted ones.
•
Top cream: Because of their analytical skills
and visionary mindset they rose to the prominent ranks in the society and
become their creamy layer.
•
LEGENDS: The successful leaders who dreamed for
the nations and striven hard becomes Legends having cult status. As their life
is struggling, they might not live a prosperous life from materialistic point
of view. They are of rare breed and blessed are the nations who have them and follow
them in achieving their goals.
Changes
which are just, noble and beneficent for all will have long term affects on the
society whereas biased, ruthless and unjust changes are short-lived and soon
vanishes irrespective of however popular they are at their peak.
Also, to be
noted that our world has some basic human values like Honesty, respect,
Kindness, Hard work, Creativity, Generosity etc. which are universal and will
not change.
The changes
which the world always looks on are in science, technology, medical, work
processes, systems and procedures etc.

we understand the importance of change, adaptable culture and personality
required to embrace and work for change and deliver better results for the
humanity to prosper.
