4. Depression Management in Islam

✅Problem: Too many critical issues

✅Solution: keep Taqwa & Tawakkul

▶️When we are surrounded by too many social, financial, spiritual, commercial, Family, legal etc issues; Life becomes difficult due to multitude of problems. Often mishandling of one lead to other.

In such a chaotic situation, Allah ordered us to follow the path of Taqwa (Piety) & Tawakkul (Trust) and guarantees that He will suffice him and not only will bring him out of deep troubles but also will provide the sustenance from new avenue which are not explored earlier.

So lets not seeks short cuts but follow His path to attain success.

 ▶️وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّـهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا ﴿٢﴾ وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّـهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ ۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّـهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا ﴿٣﴾

▶️جو کوئی اللہ سے ڈرتے ہوئے کام کرے گا اللہ اُس کے لیے مشکلات سے نکلنے کا کوئی راستہ پیدا کر دے گا (2) اور اسے ایسے راستے سے رزق دے گا جدھر اُس کا گمان بھی نہ جاتا ہو جو اللہ پر بھروسا کرے اس کے لیے وہ کافی ہے اللہ اپنا کام پورا کر کے رہتا ہے اللہ نے ہر چیز کے لیے ایک تقدیر مقرر کر رکھی ہے (65:3)

▶️ Allah will find a way out for him who fears Allah, (2) and will provide him sustenance from whence he never even imagined. Whoever puts his trust in Allah, He shall suffice him. Surely Allah brings about what He decrees; Allah has set a measure for everything. (65:3)
