3. Gates of Jannah (Rayyan Gate of Fasting)

As scholars says about different gateways of Jannah which are as follows:

1. Gate of Salat (Baab As-Salat) -> For those who were punctual and attentive in prayer. 
2. Gate of Jihad (Baab Al Jihad) -> For those who gave their lives in defending Islam.
3. Gate of Charity (Baab As Sadaqah) -> For those who were generous and often gave charity.
4. Gate of Fasting (Baab Al Rayyan) -> For those who fasted often.
5. Gate of Hajj (Baab Al-Hajj) -> For those who completed Hajj.
6. Gate Of Controlled Anger & Forgiving People (Al-Kaazimeen Al Gaiz Wal Aafina Anin Naas) -> For those who controlled their anger and forgave others.
7. Gate of Faith (Baab Al-Iman) -> For those with sincere faith and trust in Allah.
8. Gate of Remembrance of Allah (Baab Al Dhikr) -> For those who constantly remember Allah.

Regarding Rayyan prophet Mohammed PBUH said:

•         عَنْ سَهْلٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ بَابًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يُقَالُ لَهُ:‏‏‏‏ الرَّيَّانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَدْخُلُ مِنْهُ الصَّائِمُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا يَدْخُلُ مِنْهُ أَحَدٌ غَيْرُهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يُقَالُ:‏‏‏‏ أَيْنَ الصَّائِمُونَ ؟ فَيَقُومُونَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا يَدْخُلُ مِنْهُ أَحَدٌ غَيْرُهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِذَا دَخَلُوا أُغْلِقَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ مِنْهُ أَحَدٌ.

•        سہل بن سعد ساعدی ؓ نے کہ  رسول اللہ  ﷺ  نے فرمایا، جنت کا ایک دروازہ ہے جسے ریان کہتے ہیں قیامت کے دن اس دروازہ سے صرف روزہ دار ہی جنت میں داخل ہوں گے، ان کے سوا اور کوئی اس میں سے نہیں داخل ہوگا، پکارا جائے گا کہ روزہ دار کہاں ہے؟ وہ کھڑے ہوجائیں گے ان کے سوا اس سے اور کوئی نہیں اندر جانے پائے گا اور جب یہ لوگ اندر چلے جائیں گے تو یہ دروازہ بند کردیا جائے گا پھر اس سے کوئی اندر نہ جاسکے گا۔

•       Narrated Sahl (RA): The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Raiyan, and those who observe fasts will enter through it on the Day of Resurrection and none except them will enter through it. It will be said, Where are those who used to observe fasts? They will get up, and none except them will enter through it. After their entry the gate will be closed and nobody will enter through it." (Bukhari)

 

May Allah make us among those who will enter Jannah from Rayyan Gate. Aameen
