Why Muslims should be United?

وَالَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا بَعۡضُهُمۡ اَوۡلِيَآءُ
بَعۡضٍؕ اِلَّا تَفۡعَلُوۡهُ تَكُنۡ فِتۡنَةٌ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ وَفَسَادٌ كَبِيۡرٌؕ

جو لوگ
منکرِ حق ہیں وہ ایک دوسرے کی حمایت کرتے ہیں اگر تم یہ نہ کرو گے تو زمین میں
فتنہ اور بڑا فساد برپا ہو گا
And those who disbelieve. they are allies of one another; and
unless you act likewise. there will be oppression in the world and great
corruption. [8:73]
Why formation of Muslims on the above basis is necessary?
In the previous
verse, these principles of the collective life of the Muslim Ummah have been
described. In view of this, the reason and wisdom is explained in the Ayat
Karima that if Muslims do not make faith, migration, support and jihad the
basis of their collective life and thus they do not become a strong leaden wall.
And if they don't do away with all the causes of discrimination and just base
their unity on the basis of Islam, then they should know that the world of
disbelief will never be ready to give them the right to live in this world.
Infidels never allow Muslims to live as Muslims. As I have already stated, all
kinds of creatures in the world are cute for them, but they love even beasts,
they not only provide means for the survival of animals but also make laws for
their prosperity. Animal parks are built to create awareness among people of
their need and interest and ensure privileges for them. Prevention of Cruelty
to Animals is a permanent department that works everywhere. The hunting of an
animal whose species starts to decline is prohibited. If whales ever get stuck
in the sand on the beach, the entire resources of the kingdom are mobilized to
get them out. But if there is not a place for any unfortunate group in their
hearts and in their populations, then
they are only members of the Muslim Ummah. Muslims can be hired as labourers
because they have their own interests attached to it. But they cannot be
respected, their self-esteem cannot be respected, their holy book and the holy
Prophet cannot be taken care of, raiding their countries, seizing their
resources. They consider it their right to destroy the country's economy by
using it, and to destroy their civilization. They never tolerate anyone's
interference in any of their countries, but their interference has become a
norm in Muslim countries.
And the strange thing is that there is no difference between
them in Islam and Muslim hostility, although there are differences between them
which no nation ever cares about. But they have forgotten all the differences
and are united in the Muslim enmity. What the Jews did to Jesus, the way they
accused his mother of adultery and declared Jesus as an illegitimate child and
then crucified him according to them and thus forced him to die a cursed death.
But the Christian world, despite knowing all these things and hearing all these
accusations, not only embraces them in mere Muslim enmity, but also nurtures
them like a foster child and creates a thorn in the heart of the Arabs. So that
the Muslims are always the victims of this torture and continuously renders
them impregnable to the Arabs by providing them with all kinds of help. They do
all this because, according to this verse, they are one another's guardians,
sympathizers, mourners and helpers.
A Hindu neither
tolerates a Christian nor a Jew, but he walks shoulder to shoulder with both of
them in his enmity with Muslims and enmity with Islam. The only possible way to
counter their united front and united force is that the Muslims also erase all
their differences and distinctions and the differences of countries and the
individualities of the Masalik and hold on to Quran and they make a pledge that
as The world of disbelief is one, so the world of Islam is also one, and if
they do not do this, a fitnah will arise in the world and there will be a lot
of chaos. History has proven this to be true time and again. When the Muslims
entered Andalus, they were only Muslims, there was no distinction between
Arabs, foreigners and blacks and whites. The result was that despite the
shortage of numbers, they became the rulers of the entire Andalusia in a few
days. Then, as long as Islam remained their main force and their individual and
collective lives were spent under its guidance, the Christians could not harm
the Muslims of Andalusia despite all their efforts. But when the question of
Arabic and Andalusian among Muslims arose, the distinction between Berber and
non-Berber arose. Instead of Islam, other distinctions were preferred, the love
of the world prevailed over the love of religion, the result is known that the
people who ruled Andalus for eight hundred years were expelled from there in
such a way that not a single person with the name of Muslim was left there.
Muslims were slaughtered like sheep, their universities and their intellectual
centers, which were once the source of knowledge for the whole of Europe, were
set on fire. Knowledge centers of Muslims were burned to ashes. Those who
managed to migrate to Turkey or Morocco survived, and those who could not leave
or were detained by torture were killed or converted to Christianity.
Even today, this fact is being repeated all over the world.
The United Nations has become the center of anti-Islamism, a fire of sedition
that the entire Islamic world is engulfed in. Millions of Muslims have died.
How many Muslim states are there who are suspicious of all kinds of torture to
recover their rights? The fire of mischief is burning everywhere and its fuel
is only Muslims. India, where Muslims ruled for centuries, Muslim blood has
become cheaper than water. What will be more of a temptation than this is that
living an Islamic life in the Muslim countries itself has become an accusation.
There is no praise or complaint for the one who is caught by the accountability
institutions under various charges.
Thus, in every era of history, this verse has been calling
Muslims, but today, the inscription of Muslims seems to be destiny. Allah knows
best when the Muslims will listen to him and understand this fact and pledge to
strive for their greatness again. They will understand the real reasons of
their failures and fully realize the fact that the name of the Muslim Ummah is
not a single generation or a single geographical Ummah. Dozens of languages are
spoken in it. There are many races of people of different colors, living in
every continent. No limited geography can contain them. In this way, if the
ummah divided into divisions and distinctions can be united on some basis, and
their unity can be tied with a single rope, and their ships can be tied with a
single anchor, and the parts of their being can be connected with a single
thread. If so, it is only "Islam". Only that prescription is healing
that the Prophet ﷺ brought. He was our
strength yesterday and is still our strength today. This is the historical fact
that is highlighted by this verse.
While considering
the words of the saints in this verse, the mind is drawn to another thing. That
is, on the basis of faith, the relationship of brotherhood is established among
Muslims, and it is this brotherhood that is remembered as Islamic brotherhood
and which is highly valued in Islam. But the second is the relationship that is
established on the basis of migration. This relationship has been given the
name of Wilayat in the previous verse. The relationship of Wilayat is more than
the relationship of brotherhood. When Muslims migrate, both the relationship of
brotherhood and guardianship are combined. But the person who does not migrate,
despite having a relationship of brotherhood, loses some of the manifestations
of brotherhood, because in the case of not migrating, it cannot be decided
whether the person who is claiming faith is sincere in his claim. Is it true or
not because the proof of sincerity is found in migration and the second thing
is that migration is the means that connects Muslims with Muslims and makes
them part of a united force and this force proves to be the strength of Jihad
when the time comes. A person who does not migrate is a wave from a river with
no guarantee of life and whose existence does not add to the power of the river.
It is an existence which is both original and fruitless. Therefore, in this
verse, it has been emphasized that Muslims, you are guardians of each other,
therefore, as guardians, you have a double relationship with each other. You
are mutual brothers and sisters and also guardians of each other. Just as you
have a relationship with each other, so is your relationship with the state.
You are all kind and compassionate to each other. It is the responsibility of
the state to protect the individual rights of its subjects. He should establish
such institutions in them that will implement justice and fairness in them.
Instead of falling victim to helplessness, their fallen classes were able to
stand on their feet with the power of the state and the power of the people of
the nation. To the extent that the state will take care of the rights of
individuals and to the extent that individuals show sincerity towards the
state, to that extent, the Islamic Ummah will continue to grow stronger in its
strength and greatness, and if both fulfill their duties at their respective
levels. If the above order is neglected, no one can stop the spread of mischief

مسلمانوں کی مندرجہ
بالا بنیادوں پر تشکیل کیوں ضروری ہے ؟

سابقہ آیت کریمہ میں امت مسلمہ کی اجتماعی زندگی کی ان اساسات کو
بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ پیش نظر آیت کریمہ میں اس کا سبب اور حکمت بیان کی گئی ہے کہ اگر
مسلمان ایمان، ہجرت، نصرت اور جہاد کو اپنی اجتماعی زندگی کی بنیاد نہیں بناتے اور
اس طرح سے وہ ایک مضبوط سیسہ پلائی ہوئی دیوار کی صورت اختیار نہیں کرتے اور تفریق
اور امتیاز کے تمام اسباب کو ختم کرکے صرف انھیں بنیادوں پر اپنی شیرازہ بندی نہیں
کرتے تو پھر انھیں معلوم ہونا چاہیے کہ دنیائے کفر انھیں دنیا میں زندہ رہنے کا حق
دینے کے لیے کبھی تیار نہ ہوگی۔ کافر مسلمانوں کا بطور مسلمان زندہ رہنے کو کبھی گوارا
نہیں کرتے۔ جیسے میں عرض کرچکا ہوں دنیا میں ان کے لیے ہر طرح کی مخلوق گوارا ہے بلکہ
وہ درندوں تک سے پیار کرتے ہیں، حیوانات کی بقا کے لیے وہ نہ صرف اسباب فراہم کرتے
ہیں بلکہ قانون بھی بناتے ہیں، ان کی نمود وپرداخت کے لیے چڑیا گھر بنائے جاتے ہیں
تاکہ لوگوں میں ان کی ضرورت ودلچسپی کا شعور پیدا کرکے ان کے لیے مراعات کو یقینی بنائیں۔
انسدادِ بےرحمیِ حیوانات مستقل محکمہ ہے جو ہر جگہ کام کرتا ہے۔ جس جانور کی نسل کم
ہونے لگتی ہے اس کے شکار کو ممنوع قرار دے دیا جاتا ہے۔ اگر کبھی سمندر کے کنارے پر
وہیل مچھلیاں ریت میں پھنس جائیں تو ان کو نکالنے کے لیے مملکت کے پورے وسائل حرکت
میں آجاتے ہیں۔ لیکن اگر کسی بدنصیب گروہ کے لیے ان کے دلوں میں جگہ ہے نہ ان کی آبادیوں
میں تو وہ صرف امت مسلمہ کے افراد ہیں۔ ان سے بطور مزدور کام لیا جاسکتا ہے کیونکہ
ان کے اپنے مفادات اس سے وابستہ ہیں۔ لیکن انھیں عزت واحترام نہیں دیا جاسکتا ان کی
عزت نفس کی پاسداری نہیں کی جاسکتی، ان کی کتاب مقدس اور رسول مقدس کی حرمت کا کوئی
انتظام نہیں کیا جاسکتا، ان کے ملکوں پر چڑھ دوڑنا ان کے وسائل پر قبضہ کرلینا، ان
کے غداروں کو استعمال کرکے ملکی معیشت کو تباہ کرنا، اور ان کی تہذیب و تمدن کو برباد
کرنا وہ ان باتوں کو اپنا حق سمجھتے ہیں۔ وہ اپنے کسی ملک میں کسی کی مداخلت کو کبھی
برداشت نہیں کرتے لیکن مسلمان ملکوں میں ان کی مداخلت ایک معمول بن کر رہ گئی ہے۔ اور
عجیب بات یہ ہے کہ اسلام اور مسلمان دشمنی میں ان میں کوئی اختلاف نہیں حالانکہ ان
میں ایسے ایسے اختلافات موجود ہیں جنھیں کبھی کوئی قوم گوارا نہیں کرتی۔ لیکن وہ تمام
اختلافات بھلا کر مسلمان دشمنی میں اکٹھے ہیں۔ یہودیوں نے عیسیٰ ؑ کے ساتھ جو کچھ کیا
جس طرح سے ان کی والدہ پر بدچلنی کا الزام لگایا اور عیسیٰ ؑ کو ناجائز اولاد قرار
دیا اور پھر انھیں بقول ان کے سولی پر چڑھایا اور اس طرح سے انھیں لعنت کی موت مرنے
پر مجبور کیا۔ لیکن عیسائی دنیا ان کی ان تمام باتوں کو جاننے کے باوجود اور ان تمام
الزامات کو سننے کے باوجود محض مسلمان دشمنی میں نہ صرف انھیں گوارا کرتی ہے بلکہ لے
پالک بچے کی طرح انھیں پالتی بھی ہے اور قلب عرب میں ایک ناسور بنا کر اس لیے گاڑ دیتی
ہے تاکہ مسلمان ہمیشہ اس اذیت کا شکارر ہیں اور مسلسل انھیں ہر طرح کی مدد باہم پہنچا
کر عربوں کے لیے ناقابلِ تسخیر بنا دیتی ہے۔ وہ یہ سب کچھ اس لیے کرتے ہیں کیونکہ اس
آیت کے مطابق وہ ایک دوسرے کے ولی، ہمدرد، غمگسار اور کارساز ہیں۔ اسی طرح دنیا میں
پھیلے ہوئے اور کافر بھی اسلام دشمنی میں ان کے ساتھ ہیں۔ ہندو، نہ عیسائی کو برداشت
کرتا ہے نہ یہودی کو لیکن مسلمان دشمنی اور اسلام کی عداوت میں وہ ان دونوں سے کندھا
سے کندھا ملا کر چلتا ہے۔ ان کے اس متحدہ محاذ اور متحدہ قوت کا مقابلہ کرنے کی ایک
ہی صورت ممکن ہے کہ مسلمان بھی اپنے تمام اختلافات اور امتیازات اور ملکوں کے تفرقات
اور مسالک کے تفردات کو مٹا کر ایکحبل اللہ المتین کو تھام لیں اور وہ یہ عہد کرلیں
کہ جس طرح دنیائے کفر ایک ہے اس طرح دنیائے اسلام بھی ایک ہے اور اگر وہ ایسا نہیں
کریں گے تو دنیا میں ایک فتنہ اٹھے گا اور بہت فساد مچے گا۔ تاریخ باربار اس بات کی
سچائی کو ثابت کرچکی ہے۔ مسلمان جب اندلس میں داخل ہوئے تو صرف مسلمان تھے ان میں عربی،
عجمی اور کالے، گورے کی کوئی تمیز نہ تھی۔ نتیجہ یہ ہوا کہ قلت تعداد کے باوجود چند
دنوں میں پورے اندلس کے حاکم ہوگئے۔ پھر جب تک اسلام ہی ان کی اصل قوت رہا اسی کی راہنمائی
میں انفرادی اور اجتماعی زندگی گزرتی رہی تو عیسائی اپنی ساری کوششوں کے باوجود اندلس
کے مسلمانوں کا کچھ نہ بگاڑ سکے۔ لیکن جب مسلمانوں میں عربی اور اندلسی کا سوال پیدا
ہوا، بربر اور غیر بربر کے امتیاز نے سر اٹھایا۔ اسلام کی بجائے دوسرے امتیازات مرغوب
ہوتے گئے، حبِّ دنیا دین کی محبت پر غالب آگئی، نتیجہ معلوم ہے کہ آٹھ سو سال تک اندلس
پر حکمرانی کرنے والی قوم اس طرح وہاں سے نکالی گئی کہ ایک فرد بھی مسلمان نام کا وہاں
باقی نہ رہا۔ مسلمان بھیڑ بکریوں کی طرح ذبح کیے گئے ان کی یونیورسٹیاں اور ان کی دانش
گاہیں جو کبھی پورے یورپ کے لیے علم و دانش کا سرچشمہ تھیں انھیں آگ لگادی گئی۔ مسلمانوں
کے علمی مراکز جلاکر راکھ کردیئے گئے۔ جو ترکی یا مراکش کی طرف ہجرت کرنے میں کامیاب
ہوگئے وہ زندہ رہے اور جو نکل نہ سکے یا جن کو بہلاوے دے کر روک لیا گیا انھیں قتل
کردیا گیا یا عیسائی بنالیا گیا۔ آج بھی پوری دنیا میں جگہ جگہ اس حقیقت کو دہرایا
جارہا ہے۔ اقوامِ متحدہ اسلام دشمنی کا مرکز بن چکی ہے ایک فتنے کی آگ ہے کہ پوری دنیائے
اسلام اس کی لپیٹ میں ہے۔ لاکھوں مسلمان موت کی نیند سلائے جاچکے ہیں۔ کتنی مسلمان
ریاستیں ہیں جو اپنے حقوق کی بازیافت کے لیے ہر طرح کی اذیتوں کا شکا رہیں۔ جگہ جگہ
فساد کی آگ بھڑک رہی ہے اور اس کا ایندھن صرف مسلمان ہیں۔ ہندوستان جہاں صدیوں تک مسلمانوں
کی حکومت رہی وہاں مسلمان کا خون پانی سے ارزاں ہوگیا ہے۔ اس سے بڑھ کر فتنہ سامانی
اور کیا ہوگی کہ خود مسلمان ملکوں میں اسلامی زندگی گزارنا ایک الزام بن گیا ہے۔ مختلف
الزامات کے تحت احتسابی ادارے جس کو پکڑ لیتے ہیں اس کی کوئی داد ہے نہ فریاد۔ یوں
تو تاریخ کے ہر دور میں یہ آیت مسلمانوں کو پکارتی رہی ہے لیکن آج تو مسلمانوں کا نوشتہ
تقدیر معلوم ہوتی ہے۔ اللہ ہی بہتر جانتا ہے مسلمان کب اس پر کان دھریں گے اور اس حقیقت
کو سمجھ کر ازسر نو اپنی عظمت رفتہ کے لیے کوشش کرنے کا عہد کریں گے۔ اپنی ناکامیوں
کے اصل اسباب کو سمجھیں گے اور اس حقیقت کا پوری طرح ادراک کریں گے کہ امت مسلمہ کی
کسی ایک نسل یا کسی ایک جغرافیے میں سمٹ کر رہنے والی امت کا نام نہیں۔ اس میں بیسیوں
زبانیں بولی جاتی ہیں۔ بیسیوں نسلوں کے لوگ ہیں جن کے رنگ ایک دوسرے سے مختلف ہیں،
ہر براعظم میں ان کا وجو دپایا جاتا ہے۔ کوئی محدود جغرافیہ انھیں اپنے اندر سمیٹ نہیں
سکتا۔ اس طرح تفرقات اور امتیازات میں بٹی ہوئی امت اگر کسی بنیاد پر اکٹھی ہوسکتی
ہے اور ان کا شیرازہ کسی ایک رسی سے باندھا جاسکتا ہے اور ان کے جہاز کسی ایک لنگر
سے باندھے جاسکتے ہیں اور ان کے اجزائے ہستی کو کسی ایک سریش سے جوڑا جاسکتا ہے تو
وہ صرف ”اسلام“ ہے۔ صرف وہ نسخہ شفا ہے جسے نبی کریم ﷺ لے کر آئے تھے۔ وہ کل بھی ہماری
قوت تھا آج بھی ہماری قوت ہے۔ یہی وہ تاریخی حقیقت ہے جو اس آیت کریمہ سے نمایاں ہو
رہی ہے۔
اس آیت کریمہ میں اولیاء کے لفظ پر غور کرتے ہوئے ذہن ایک اور بات
کی طرف متوجہ ہوتا ہے۔ وہ یہ کہ ایمان کی بنیاد پر مسلمانوں میں اخوت کا رشتہ قائم
ہوتا ہے اور یہی اخوت ہے جسے اسلامی اخوت کے نام سے یاد کیا جاتا ہے اور جس کی اسلام
میں بہت قدرومنزلت ہے۔ لیکن دوسرا وہ رشتہ ہے جو ہجرت کی بنیاد پر قائم ہوتا ہے۔ اس
رشتہ کو سابقہ آیت کریمہ میں ولایت کا نام دیا گیا ہے۔ ولایت کا رشتہ اخوت کے رشتے
سے بڑھ کر ہے۔ جب مسلمان ہجرت کرجاتے ہیں تو اخوت اور ولایت کے دونوں رشتے جمع ہوجاتے
ہیں۔ لیکن جو شخص ہجرت نہیں کرتا وہ اخوت کا رشتہ رکھتے ہوئے بھی اخوت کے بعض مظاہر
سے محروم ہوجاتا ہے کیونکہ ہجرت نہ کرنے کی صورت میں ایک تو اس چیز کا فیصلہ نہیں ہوسکتا
کہ جو شخص ایمان کا دعویٰ کررہا ہے کیا وہ اپنے دعوے میں مخلص بھی ہے یا نہیں کیونکہ
اخلاص کا ثبوت ہجرت ہی سے ملتا ہے اور دوسری یہ بات کہ ہجرت ہی وہ ذریعہ ہے جو مسلمانوں
کو مسلمانوں سے جوڑتا اور ایک متحدہ طاقت کا حصہ بناتا ہے اور یہی طاقت وقت آنے پر
جہاد کی قوت ثابت ہوتی ہے۔ جو شخص ہجرت نہیں کرتا وہ دریا سے نکلی ہوئی ایک لہر ہے
جس کی زندگی کی کوئی ضمانت نہیں اور جس کے وجود سے دریا کی قوت میں کوئی اضافہ نہیں
ہوتا۔ یہ ایک ایساوجو د ہے جو بےاصل بھی ہے اور بےثمر بھی۔ اس لیے اس آیت کریمہ میں
اس بات پر زور دیا گیا ہے کہ مسلمانوں تم ایک دوسرے کے ولی ہو اس لیے ولی ہونے کی حیثیت
سے تمہارے آپس میں رشتے دہرے ہیں۔ تم باہمی بھائی بھائی بھی ہو اور ایک دوسرے کے ولی
بھی۔ جس طرح تمہارا آپس کا ایک رشتہ ہے اسی طرح تمہارا رشتہ ریاست کے ساتھ بھی ہے۔
تم سب ایک دوسرے کے خیرخواہ اور ہمدرد ہو۔ ریاست کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ اپنی رعیت کے
ایک ایک فرد کے حقوق کی نگہداشت کرے۔ ان میں ایسے ادارے قائم کرے جو ان میں عدل و انصاف
کو بروئے کار لائیں۔ ان کے گرے پڑے طبقے بےبسی کا شکار ہونے کی بجائے ریاست کی طاقت
اور افرادِ امت کی طاقت سے اپنے پائوں پر کھڑے ہونے کے قابل ہوسکیں۔ ریاست جس حد تک
افراد کے حقوق کی نگہداشت کرے گی اور افراد جس حد تک ریاست کے ساتھ اخلاص کا ثبوت دیں
گے اسی حد تک امت اسلامیہ اپنی قوت و عظمت میں پختہ تر ہوتی چلی جائے گی اور اگر دونوں
نے اپنی اپنی سطح پر اپنے فرائض کی ادائیگی میں کوتاہی کی تو زمین میں فتنہ پھیلنے
اور فساد کو بھڑکنے سے کوئی نہیں روک سکتا۔
سبحان اللہ ۔ایمان کا اہم ترین تقاضہ ۔وقت کی سب سے اہم ضرورت۔ایک اٹل حقیقت ۔جامع تحریر ۔بہترین کاوش ۔جزاك الله خيراً كثيراً
